BLDR (Builder Leader) was launched in March 2023 by construction industry leader Dom Costantini.
Dom has worked in construction his entire career, with a broad range of experience including working in the family concrete construction business, as a Project Manager for a trade contractor, and 18+ years with a publicly traded national construction company.
